When a member applies to buy a parcel of village land, they vote on every other land applicant to determine who they wish to build a village with. The AI-assisted survey ensures compatibility among members, fostering a balanced mix of skills, resources, and shared values. Once there is 100% group consensus, they customize their village DAO self governance system and take over ownership of the land by taking control of the separate village land 508c1a non-profit.

Continuous Village Formation Process

This process is designed to build momentum, encouraging the formation of additional villages. As communities successfully establish their villages, they inspire and support others to continue this cycle, fostering a growing network of interconnected, like-minded communities. These products will either be open source free to produce or a custom arrangement with a business owner seeking manufacturing.
