Our Villages

A New Land Ownership Model

Way to the Village is pioneering a new approach to land stewardship โ€” one that blends equitable personal sovereignty with service to the greater good.

508c1a Village Religous Non-Profit

Each village will be it's own church organization; safeguarded under the umbrella of religious freedom, ensuring protection and autonomy for its residents. As a 508c1a church, our freedom of religion provides a secure legal framework to self-govern, self-sustain, be naturally sovereign, free from external interference โ€‹โ€‹. This allows villages to receive tax deductible donations that will financially fund the exponential blossoming of a new social paridigm.

Every Village Center will have three locally selected land stewards who have passed the internal W2V certification process. The stewards purchase their parcel, build their housing ( supported with an internal community loan system ) .

The land is divided into four parcels:

  • One parcel for each of the three Land Stewards, where they have complete ownership and fiefdom within the shared land agreements.

  • One parcel held by the surrounding neighborhood, where money can be safely invested toward the greater good of the village community.

A Private Membership Association (PMA) defines how the land is used and managed. The PMA establishes the internal parcel ownership system so that stewards can safely invest into their parcel or transition it through a sale to a new steward. It also defines the stewardsโ€™ responsibilities of service and the commitments they uphold.

The PMA provide a democratic decision system that ensures every voice matters. This new paradigm moves beyond authority; all major decisions are made through transparent collective voting.

Land in Service of God

Through this shared land model, we create a place of peace, worship, prosperity, education, and Tribal community building. It is through the efforts and devotion of our Land Stewards that a true village atmosphere emerges.

Each village hub is regularly opened to the surrounding community, offering space, tools, and resources that serve the greater good. Each W2V hub will be a custom offering based on what the neighborhood and land stewards want to share. Common land offerings:

  • Community Greenhouse & Farm ๐ŸŒฑ

  • Shared Equipment Libraries & Workshops ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ

  • Community Kitchen & Communal Meals ๐Ÿฒ

  • Gathering Spot & Stage ๐ŸŽถ

  • Shared Campground & Exercise Park ๏ธ

  • Renewable Power Infrastructure ๐ŸŒž

  • After School Tutoring ๏ธ

By design, this model ensures secure steward ownership, community benefit, and regenerative investment โ€” a framework that can blossoms accross our country.

Village Land Selection

Our system is for your community to deploy. It's through self organization and local community prioritization that a W2V hub is formed. Local leaders will see the great benifit of a W2V hub, and they will identify land surrounded by neighbors who invite a chapter to be formed on land of their choosing. As our first Chapter(s) thrive, all the benifits to community will exciting and more communitys will organize to launch thier own village hub. The W2V system is an autonomous , decentralized self powering non-profit organisim.

Demonstrating the Regenerative Paradigm

Way to the Village is part of humanityโ€™s next evolution: living independently and in symbiosis with Mother Earth.

Our land projects demonstrate what is possible when communities choose regeneration over consumption. With certified builders and proven designs, we create:

  • Exreemly energy efficient Earthship-inspired homes that endure for centuries.

  • Symbiotic septic systems that restore the land through natural cycles.

  • Efficient food-to-water systems that maximize every drop.

  • Independent off-grid power systems to ensure resilience and self-sufficiency.

As a 508(c)(1)(a) model, local judicial systems can free the W2V chapter from restrictive corporate land contracts; to pioneer bold solutions for housing, energy, and community health. Each village hub also becomes a backup infrastucture for the surrounding communities during times of crisis.

W2V village Hubs they are living demonstrations of the regenerative society humanity must build to thrive in peace with the Earth.
