Our Villages

A New Land Ownership Model

A new approach to community owned land. Perminate establishment of the land in service to the greater good.

508c1a Village Religous Non-Profit

Each village will be it's own church organization; in autonomy and commitment to the local community. As a 508c1a church, our freedom of religion provides a secure legal framework to self-govern, self-sustain, be naturally sovereign, free from external interference โ€‹โ€‹. This allows Village Centers to receive tax deductible donations that will financially fund the exponential blossoming.

Every Village Center will have three locally selected land stewards. New stewards will be supported by onsite apprentiships from the National W2V Non-Profit members. Epxrienced W2V builders can be invited to new projects and begin community building construction. The new stewards come into purchase agreements of their parcel and build their housing.

The land is divided into four parcels:

  • One parcel for each of the three Land Stewards, where they have complete ownership and fiefdom within the PMA agreements.

  • One parcel held by the surrounding neighborhood, where money can be safely invested toward the community owned infrstructure.

A Private Membership Association (PMA) defines how the land is used and managed. The PMA establishes the internal parcel ownership system so that stewards can safely invest into their parcel or transition it through a value transfer to a new steward. The PMA also defines the stewardsโ€™ responsibilities of service and the commitments they uphold.

The PMA provide a democratic decision system that ensures every voice in the community matters. This new paradigm moves beyond authority; all major decisions are made through transparent collective voting.

Land in Service of God

Through this community owned land model, we create a healthy place of peace, worship, prosperity, education, and Tribal community building.

Each Village Center is regularly opened to the surrounding community, offering space, tools, and resources that serve the greater good. Each will be a unique spread of offerings to a neighborhood based off the community customized Village Center design decisions. Common land offerings:

  • Community Greenhouse & Farm ๐ŸŒฑ

  • Shared Equipment Libraries & Workshops ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ

  • Community Kitchen & Communal Meals ๐Ÿฒ

  • Gathering Spot, Game Night & Stage ๐ŸŽถ

  • Shared Campground & Exercise Park ๏ธ

  • Renewable Power Infrastructure ๐ŸŒž

  • After School Tutoring ๏ธ

By design, this model ensures community benefit and regenerative investment.

We Set Aside Politics

Our community treats Federal political discourse with caution , reserving this potentialy devisive conversations for commited face to face meetings. We need to study facts and find agreements. Steping away from the "Us vs Them" propagada psychosis.

Quite Mind and Self Investigation

Inspired by spiritual teachings across traditions, we avoid becoming entangled in mind-based perceptions, which pull us away from our connection to God. We prioritize presence in the Now with a heart-centered mind.

We Demonstrate

๐Ÿ•Š Peace over division

๐ŸŒฟ Simple living and self-sufficiency

๐Ÿง˜ Meditative and reflective practices

๐Ÿ›  Non-hierarchical collaboration

๐Ÿค Lifelong accountability to community values

๐Ÿ”„ A conflict resolution model rooted in empathy and grace

๐ŸŸ A focus on the Teachings of Jesus Christ

We Celebrate

Through shared work, dance, communication and sacred gathering, we weave a tapestry of resilience and joy.

Harmony

Village Land Selection

It's through local leaders organizating community that a new Village Center is formed. We have developed a guide to help local leaders selecting the right peice of land. As well as recieving an invitation from the neighborhood.

Village Creation

Regenerative Paradigm

Way to the Village is part of humanityโ€™s next evolution: living independently and in symbiosis with Mother Earth.

Village Centers demonstrate what is possible when communities choose regeneration over consumption.

  • Exreemly energy efficient Earthship-inspired homes that endure for centuries.
  • Symbiotic septic systems that restore the land through natural cycles.
  • Efficient food-to-water systems that maximize every drop.
  • Independent off-grid power systems to ensure resilience and self-sufficiency.

Each Village Center becomes backup infrastucture for the surrounding neighborhood during times of crisis.

Built in Conflict Resolution

Maintaining community symbiosis is crucial for village success; as even one person in conflict can disrupt harmony. By integrating clear decision-making process that upholds a shared philosophy, community will have access to an conflict resolution app that uses a private AI server to act as an independent mediator between parties. Resolving a conflict is community priority and we are exploring new technology solutions to maintain community mental health. Individuals will recognitize the importance of this social movement and do their inner work to keep community prosperity priority.

Conflict Resolution

"Differences of opinion and varieties of interest produce mutual understanding and mutual influence, creating strength out of difference."
- Thomas Jefferson -

Emerging Parallel Society of Sovereign Villages

Way to the Village is building an established model of independent Village Centers that can be replicated.

This project can reach a point of organic decentralized self replication through citizen participation. God Willing, it will organically spread across our country.
